eTraining

Our eTraining program capitalizes on the ease of remote connectivity to put an Individualized Workout Plan into your hands. eTraining provides:

  • Individualized 4-week Training Program

  • One 60-minute Initial Consultation, Assessment, and Screening

  • Daily Correspondence via Email or Text (during business hours)

  • Weekly Check-Ins to Audit Program for Progress and Fit

As a remote service, eTraining develops a complete 4-week training block from your one-on-one consult and screening. Enjoy the freedom of managing your training, with the confidence of employing a professionally tailored program.

OnSite Training @ Open Box Athletics

Get back into the gym with OnSite Training. Join us at OBA for some valuable one-on-one personal training sessions to help you reach your goals.

The Grind

The Grind is a Hybrid Program, employing Remote and In-Person qualities to maximize your training experience.

Extra Appointment Time

Program-affiliated clients have the option to schedule 15-minute appointments for in-depth discussions concerning any issues they’d like resolved immediately, without wasting a full Follow-Up session.
