During this 4-week program, we identify and target nutrition-related behaviors with the greatest potential to impact your success. 1:1 counseling offers:

  • One 60-minute Initial Consultation

  • Three 45-minute Follow-Up sessions

  • Food Intake Analysis

  • Personalized Meal and/or Fueling Plan Development

  • Daily Access to your Dietitian via Email (within business hours)

  • Open Scheduling Options (weekly, biweekly… client’s choice).

  • Reduced Price for Individualized Recipe Development

This package overhauls the nutrition habits holding you back from your health and performance ambitions. With 1:1 counseling, expect to develop new and sustainable nutrition behaviors capable of delivering those long sought goals.

Extra Follow-Ups

Program-affiliated clients have the option of adding Follow-Up Appointments (45-minutes) to address any extra help you need.

Extra Appointment Times

Program-affiliated clients have the option to schedule 15-minute appointments for in-depth discussions concerning any issues they’d like resolved immediately, without wasting a full Follow-Up session.
